MARSHAL Advisories During Handover Phase
FM Professionals defines the commissioning process (FM-Cx) as a process of evaluating, verifying, and documenting the performance of the facility systems, subsystems, components, and O&M procedures ensuring that building performance is in harmony with the intent of its design and the operational needs of its owner and users.
During the Handover, MARSHAL will attend to the following activities:
§Assembling the facility’s standard documents in Hard and/or soft copies.
§Review the As-Built drawings making the necessary conformity with assets’ inventory list and facility’s physical installations.
§Attend to systems and subsystems’ Functional Performance Tests.
§Attend to building structure and finishes’ Condition Assessment.
§Lead the systems users’ and operators’ Training Plans And Records.
§Assembling and issuing, to owner representative, a Facility’s Handover Report expressing the outcomes of the above listed activities.
