MARSHAL Advisories During EPC Phase

During EPC Phase, Marshal team are conducting an INDEPENDENT REVIEW and ANALYSIS of options available to facilities, systems and subsystems, and the overall effectiveness and efficiency of each of those options including Electrical & Mechanical systems, The Security & Safety plans (including Fencing, Lighting, Alarm, FA/FF systems allocations and distribution), Landscape plan, Allocated spaces and facilities for development operation (including Traffic, Parking and Pedestrians Circulation Plans, Outdoor and Indoor transport systems and equipment), Low-Current and Communication Systems (Technology, Maintainability, Future expansion and upgrades), Residential units’ climate control systems (types, installation, and maintenance), Garbage collection (system, procedure, routine and maintainability), etc.

Marshal would accomplish other activities during the EPC phase for early preparation for the operation phase including:

• Decide on the Systems And Subsystems that meets with developer’s strategic objectives.

• Defining the Life Cycle Cost of the development’s facilities and systems that are necessary for defining the Maintenance Deposit Or Charges.

• Recommending and overseeing the integration of technology solutions, such as Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Integrated Traffic Management Systems (ITMS), Energy & Water conservation and AI based Security & Safety solutions.
